My journey began with a solid educational foundation, earning a Diploma in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University. Over the years, I have honed my skills in leading teams, resource management, and ensuring quality output within committed timelines.
Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen the design and execution of numerous large-scale projects, including utility buildings, industrial plants, and infrastructure developments. My role has encompassed everything from principal engineering for critical installations to designing complex structures for global clients. I excel in motivating teams, optimizing resources, and maintaining stringent quality standards, all while fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

As a Manager, monitored the design of various waste heat recovery boilers for Transparent Energy Systems, including installations in Slovakia for Holcim. Oversaw the design of various utility buildings for CGI plant Posco Maharashtra, including administrative, canteen, and hostel buildings. Served as Principal Engineer for IOCL Panipat, managing substation, reactor building, SRR building, and extruder substation for UHDE, and for Crusher House of POLYSIYS for UHDE. Lead Engineer for EVA plant relocation from NOCIL to IOCL Gandhar for Reliance, 500TPD CP plant of Bombay Dyeing for Chemtex, and UFC plant for Saudi Arabian Fertiliser Company. Designed various structures, including a 1500 Mton Roaster supporting building, H2SO4 plant with a 100m tall chimney foundation, and wet gas cleaning plant with a 50m tall chimney foundation for Hindustan Zinc Limited. Designed process building and urea handling area for Qatar Fertiliser Company (S.A.Q.), QAFCO 4 Expansion Project, and conducted third-party check on the design of Primary Reformer structure in Turkmenistan for Uhde India Ltd. Designed structures supporting hopper, bucket elevator, and belt conveyor for Nikko Industrial Company, Sulphur Recovery Unit in Gujarat Refinery Plant for Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. for Petrofac International Ltd., sub-structures for various bridges in Shahapur to Igatpuri section for Mumbai Nasik expressway project for P.W.D. Maharashtra State, and various structures in L.P.G. bottling plant at Gandhinagar for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Designed substation building and Compressor House for LPG Import/export facility at Haldia for TOYO Engineering India Limited.
